Every rPlanet Earth employee can take advantage of a full benefits package that is highly subsidized by the company and provided at a very competitive rate.
Our medical plans are provided by Anthem Blue Cross.
You and your eligible dependents have the opportunity to participate in one of three different medical plan options offered through Anthem Blue Cross. There are an HMO and two PPO plans. To help you decide which plan is right for you, a brief summary of the benefits and costs of the offerings is provided in the Employee Benefits Handbook.
Our dental and vision plans are provided by MetLife.
You and your eligible dependents have the opportunity to participate in a dental PPO plan offered by MetLife. The MetLife dental plan is a comprehensive plan that covers a variety of dental services generally categorized as preventive care, basic services, major services.
You and your dependents are also eligible to enroll in a vision care plan offered through MetLife. Under this plan, you can receive vision care services including eye exams and prescription lenses and frames every 12 months.
Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability
Plans are provided to all employees and are fully paid by rPlanet Earth.
